Registration
1. Introduction
This SOP provides guidelines for classes registering for PractEZ. Currently, we have two types of registrants: teachers and students. Teachers administer practice by logging on to PractEZ every day and selecting up to 5 questions for students to practice. Students, when they log in to PractEZ on their own devices, are shown that a practice is available for them - that they can complete by answering the set of Multiple Choice Questions assigned. A teacher report is generated at the end of the practice session - an agreed upon, predetermined time - and is sent to the teacher via WhatsApp.
2. Teacher (and Class) Registration
Information needed
- Your consent to receive WhatsApp messages from PractEZ.
- A username - something PractEZ can use to address/call you.
- Your school name.
- A class name - anything simple, catchy to address/identify your class, also to differentiate from other classes you might have.
- The grade level of your class.
- Your full name - for our records.
3. Student Registrations

Make a copy, fill this template and send confirmation and link to the sheet via email.

Information entered in the template is the ground-truth for student registrations; in the following student registration step, no information is collected from students - they are simply onboarded with a welcome message.
Students register for PractEZ on their own devices
Students to either click on a link or scan a QR or text a specific key to PractEZ that’ll be made available to the respective teachers post Step 1.
